Running out of credits
What happens when your balance reaches zero, and how to get going again.
If your balance reaches zero, Cizgen pauses new tasks until you top up. Nothing is lost — your chat history and everything else stays exactly as it was.
What you'll see
- The credit balance in the top bar turns red.
- A banner appears above the prompt box: "You're out of credits." with a Buy credits button.
- The Send button is disabled, and trying to send shows a reminder to buy credits.
Getting going again
Click Buy credits (in the banner or on the balance) and choose a pack. See Buying credits. As soon as the purchase completes and your balance refreshes, you can send messages again.
Your balance refreshes automatically when you return to the panel and after each run, so once you've topped up you won't need to reload anything.
