This policy explains what data Cizgen collects and how it is used.
Data we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile image. When you use the assistant, the prompts you submit and relevant data from your active AutoCAD drawing are sent to our backend and to AI model providers to generate a response. We store your prompt history and a credit transaction ledger tied to your account.
How we use it
We use this data to operate the Service: authenticate you, generate AI results, meter credit usage, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data.
Third-party processors
We rely on trusted providers to run the Service: Google (sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), AI model providers via Vercel AI Gateway (generating results), and Lemon Squeezy (payment processing). Payment details are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy; we never see your card information.
Retention and your rights
We keep account data while your account is active. You may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your stored prompts and profile data, subject to records we must retain for legal or accounting purposes.
