Terms of Service

Last updated: June 16, 2026

Cizgen ("the Service", "we", "us") is an AI drafting assistant for AutoCAD. By creating an account, installing the plugin, or purchasing credits, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Cizgen lets you describe drafting tasks in natural language and generates or edits geometry in your AutoCAD drawing. Output is produced by AI models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing all results before relying on them. Cizgen is a productivity aid, not a substitute for professional engineering or design judgment.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must be at least 18 years old and licensed to use your copy of AutoCAD.

Credits and payments

The Service runs on prepaid credits. Credits are consumed when you run AI tasks. New accounts may receive free starter credits. Paid credit packs are sold in USD and processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as Merchant of Record. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not expire.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, resell access, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from drawings produced with the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. For questions, contact cihadp@gmail.com.
