Cizgen sells prepaid credits that are delivered to your account instantly and consumed as you run AI tasks.
General policy
Because credits are a digital product delivered immediately, credit purchases are generally non-refundable once the order is completed.
Exceptions
We want you to be treated fairly. If you were charged in error, the Service failed to deliver the credits you paid for, or you have not used any of the purchased credits, contact us and we will review your request in good faith. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
How to request
Email cihadp@gmail.com with your account email and the order reference. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, who may also handle refund processing on our behalf.
