Privacy and your data

What Cizgen sends to do its work, and where to read the full policies.

Cizgen runs in the cloud, so understanding what it sends matters. Here's the short version.

What Cizgen sends

To answer a request or make a change, Cizgen sends the relevant parts of your drawing to the AI model — for example, the text, object details, and rendered images of the region a task concerns. It sends what it needs to do the job, not your entire drawing indiscriminately, and you control where it looks by attaching regions or selecting objects.

Your sign-in identifies your account so credits and history work. Usage is metered to bill credits. See How credits work.

What stays on your machine

Your actual .dwg files stay in AutoCAD on your computer — Cizgen edits them locally through the plugin. Project skills also live on your disk, next to your drawing.
